- Ogallala, NE (headquarters location)

- Additional rural areas in Keith County and surrounding counties

Service Agreement and Estimates
Free Estimates
We provide free estimates for most services. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service, but we will always discuss any additional costs with you before proceeding.
Service Authorization
By authorizing service, you agree to the estimated costs and any additional costs that may arise from unforeseen circumstances. We will always seek your approval before performing additional work beyond the original scope.
Payment Terms
Payment Methods
We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Outstanding Balances
Accounts with outstanding balances may be subject to service suspension until payment is received. Additional charges may apply to accounts with payment delays.
Emergency Services
24/7 Emergency Response
We provide 24/7 emergency septic and plumbing services. Emergency service rates may apply outside of regular business hours and on weekends/holidays. Emergency service availability may vary by location and current service commitments.
Response Time
While we strive to respond to emergencies promptly, actual response times may vary based on our current workload, weather conditions, and location. We will provide estimated arrival times when scheduling emergency service.
Service Guarantee
Workmanship Quality
We take pride in our professional workmanship. We will re-perform any work that does not meet professional standards at no additional charge. This guarantee is valid for 30 days from completion of service.
Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.
Limitations and Exclusions
Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and clear access to septic tanks, pipes, and other service areas. Additional charges may apply if significant site preparation is required.
Hidden Utilities
We are not responsible for damage to hidden utilities or buried lines that were not clearly marked or identified before service begins. Please call 811 to locate underground utilities before we begin work.
Weather and Site Conditions
Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions, site accessibility, or other factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to reschedule services as promptly as possible.
Liability and Insurance
Insurance Coverage
We carry comprehensive liability and property damage insurance. Our insurance covers damage caused by our direct actions during service. Coverage limits vary by policy.
Limitations of Liability
Our liability is limited to the direct cost of our services. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to property damage, business interruption, or other economic losses.
Waste Disposal and Environmental Compliance
All waste is disposed of in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. We work only with licensed disposal facilities and maintain proper documentation of waste disposal.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customer Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule service with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee to cover our preparation time and lost opportunity costs.
Company Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule service due to equipment failure, extreme weather, or other emergency situations. We will make every effort to reschedule your service at no additional charge.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
